Pat Panky Edinburgh's Chief of police has "retired" this has been on the down low and nobody is talking about it.

He was there for 30 years, seems like people would want to know.

He is saying he resigned because of health but he resigned for fear of getting fired for many wrong doings over the years that have finally caught up with him.

I heard he was probed by aliens. They sucked out his brain and replaced it with some kind of ectoplasmic goo that made him do crazy things....like retire. This is just speculation.

Pat Panky was for some time back in the late 80s early 90s the acting First SGT over at the old 2-152nd Mech INF unit and I remember him very well...so I am not going on what others have or are saying about him I am going off of what I seen first hand...and the man is a crook! Plan and simple!
