Went there for lunch today and all I can say is we were extremely disappointed. They might as well go ahead and close the door.

Everything we asked for, they didn't have it or couldn't fix it because the fryer is down. Guess they've never heard of using the stove and a pan of oil. The hamburgers were smaller than normal.

2 of us got doubles and they had about the same amount of meat as the singles. No french fries or chili. Ordered coke and got cans of Pepsi.

Waitress said the Coke machine wasn't working and yet moments later one of the employees came out of the back and got herself a coke from the machine so it obviously was. Basically, the only thing u can get is a hamburger/cheeseburger and snack size bags of chips.

The waitress told us they were closing because their even tho their business was better last week, it's died this week and yet every table was full when we were there at 1:30 in the afternoon. I asked what was wrong with the fryer and was told they werent going to fix it because they are closing anyway.

I asked to use the restroom and was really in for a shock. First they had to clear a path for me to get there. I was told the sink didn't work but I could use the one out front if I wanted to wash my hands.

The restroom was absolutely filthy, obviously been a long ling time since it had been cleaned. That crud doesn't build up on a toilet over a day or two. Ever heard of toilet bowl cleaner? On my way back out front, I noticed the tray of hamburger sitting on the table (unrefrigerated) they were using to cook from, covered with flies and they were cooking on a grill in the back with no vent or anything. The smoke was so thick (front and back both) that it burned our eyes.

Basically, if you're going there to try to help convince them to stay open, you're wasting your time. They obviously have no intentions of staying open no matter what the business is.

I have always loved eating there and went there several times a week when I lived in the area. I guarantee that I wont be going there again!!

Their intention was, and is, to abandon the business. They are not asking for customers, they are not wanting to stay open, and they have no obligation to please you. THEY ARE CLOSING!
