Bartholomew County Street Sweep has a new target in mind, Amanda Sue Napier (Bailey), 41, tipster says she was last seen with David Timmons in Indianapolis.

She is 5'4" at 135lbs blondish brown hair,and brown eyes, while people who know her said she is NOT 135 pounds....she is about 180 or 190lbs.
