AUDIO - All Fire Stations have a "Coke" fund - pays for snacks, paper, TV

We got a call today explaining the "Coke" fund at the Fire Stations. Gary Henderson is accused of not following policy when using the "Coke" funds.

Initially before all this started the City had to pay to remove any old/used oil, but then an opportunity came up to sell the oil to a company - inturn making $1800 over a 2 year period.

That money was unrestricted funding the City wasn't accounting for just like the "Slush Fund" at the City Garage.

Kristen has spun the fund made under Henderson's watch into a violation of policy so she can allegedly fire Henderson. Many City employees who worked under the Armstrong administration is or won't be working for the City for much longer.
