We received a call last night from a angry family member who said her 14 year old sister was attacked by 2 men and a woman who were in their 20's on 550 South, on their parents property.

The 3 adults were trespassing, and the family member said one man was arrested for false informing but the other 2 the sheriff, is reported to have, said "nothing can be done because she doesn't have any marks and it is her word against theirs". The family member claims one guy did admit to touching her, but that wasn't enough for the sheriff to make an arrest for assault. 

The family is angry the sheriff wouldn't take action against these people for "attacking" their sister.
