I cannot possibly be the only neighborhood in Columbus that is over run with rabbits. I have called animal control and they say they cannot help.

I have used all the things there is to ward these pests off my flowers but to no avail. I am ready to start slugging them in the head and taking them to the shelter for some rabbit stew.

Is anyone else overtaken by rabbits? Columbus needs to get a grip on the rabbits before they take us over. Anyone have any ideas (that I haven't tried) ? Besides flowers they eat clothesline, deck lights...........

It's natural instinct for cats to catch and kill rabbits in an urban environment, whereas the Beagle must be trained, and directed, to do the same.

Simpson, You have given me several good chuckles today. Beagles need no training. Our beagle instinctively went after all the rabbits we get ...You are just too funny.... no training needed LOL...oh I so need this laugh.

Rabbits, chipmunks and squirrels. They seem to be everywhere this summer.

Uhh leave 'em alone...I mean your complaint is that one of gods creatures deserves death because they eat your flowers. Kinda silly dontcha think? I might be more sympathetic if it was your vegetables but flowers? And I would say that its some other critter eating the other stuff maybe a squirrel. Never seen a rabbit climb a clothes line. Just sayin'
