Never know who is watching... Man peeing in the bushes on Lafayette

The photos we received tonight show a man behind a bush, then walking towards a bike. The caption "Who is this peeing man? 11st between Lafayette and Franklin" Whether or not this guy was or wasn't peeing isn't the point - it appears he is, and he probably is, but you just never know who is watching you.

Some could call this indecent exposure or something, but every boy I know has pee'd behind a bush at some point in their life, incuding ALL cops.

If you didn't know Indiana has 2 laws about this on the books.

1. Indiana's public indecency/indecent exposure law - it is a misdemeanor offense is punishable by as much as a year in jail, although the second offense is a felony.
2. Indiana also has a public nudity law - it is also misdemeanor punishable by as many as 60 days in jail. It becomes a more serious offense if the violator intended to be seen, if it is a second offense or if it is done on park or school grounds.

The difference between the two is, the 1st law is to arouse oneself or another person, and the 2nd law is appearing nude is public -- like to urinate, this law, was created in 2003 so an act like urination would be a lesser offense than intentionally fondling oneself in a crowd of people.

So the point is, be more be desecrate when you decide you need to stop and pee all over the local bush like an animal. If you see something, send it too us, anything goes on Columbuzz!

The pics kinda fuzzy so its hard to be 100% sure...but that does look a lot like Lee and taking a leak on a bush like that is not unlike other things I have seen first hand out of Lee.

Lee was and maybe he still is an amazing guitarist but I wouldnt know because I had to stop hanging around him because it was just to dam hard to watch his self destruct. Dont kid yourself and if this in fact Lee dont pass him off as just some idiot taking a leak in public and this may sound as if I am making excuses for him but the fact is Lee is a very very intelligent person but at the same time he has some serious mental health issues that he no doubt needs to get some help for!

Photo does not clearly show man exposed or urinating. He may be, but whatever is happening is hidden from view, and it appears he has a lookout to warn if anybody may be approaching, so as to protect their virgin eyeballs. Sometimes you just gotta go.

Too many people are camera-happy, and too many people are concerned about posting people's names on the Internet.

Get a life, Columbuzz. Why do you allow such utter nonsense to be posted here?

It's too bad the Admin of this site will not reveal their identity. I would like to follow them around all day and photograph their every move. Sometimes it takes the shoe being on the other foot for realization to set in.

The was more about educating those about the nudity law - actually to be technical unless the officer saw his "stuff" they couldn't get him for anything.
