Cannabis and the Christ

The Word of God, קְנֵה-בֹשֶׂם

Isaiah 29:11-14

For you this whole vision is nothing but words sealed in a scroll. And if you give the scroll to someone who can read, and say to him, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I can't, it is sealed." Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I don't know how to read."

The Lord says:

These people honor me with their lips
but their hearts are far from me.
They worship me in vain:
their teachings are but rules taught by men.
Therefore once more I will astound these people
with wonder upon wonder;
the wisdom of the wise will perish,
the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.

Read this, please!

In 1936 a Polish Anthropologist named Sula Benet discovered that in the original Hebrew text of the Old Testament the word "kaneh bosm"(קְנֵה-בֹשֶׂם) was translated as "calamus" or fragrant cane by the Greeks when they first rendered the Books in the 3rd century B.C., then propagated as such in all future translations from the original Greek without review, including Martin Luthers. During that same time period Hebrew slowly ceased to be used as a spoken language. It wasn't until the late 1800's that a man named Eliezer Ben-Yehuda revived it once again. Benet concluded through years of substantial research and etymological comparison that the correct translation of "kaneh bosm" should be "cannabis." In 1980 the Hebrew Institute of Jerusalem confirmed her claim that indeed "kaneh bosm" is cannabis. Ben-Yehuda's 1964 Hebrew-English dictionary confirms this fact, page 140. The Biblical “Canon,” from the Greek “Kanon,” meaning; "to measure, to rule, straight, upright," is also derived from the Hebrew word "kaneh"(קְנֵה). In fact we now know that all early religions used cannabis and, or, other psychotropic plants as sacraments. Calamus was used by ancient peoples and still today as an aphrodisiac and stimulant, its active chemical asarone is a precursor to the psychedelic MDMA, ecstasy. (1)(2)(3)

Benet traced the use of cannabis back to a group of early nomadic peoples called the Scythians whom the Greek historian Herodotus observed in the 5th century B.C., after funerals, throwing cannabis buds on hot stones, inhaling the vapors, and howling with joy. She goes on to say; “Since the history of cannabis has been tied to the history of the Scythians, it is of interest to establish their appearance in the Near East. Again, the Old Testament provides information testifying to their greater antiquity than has been previously assumed. The Scythians participated in both trade and wars alongside the ancient Semites for at least one millennium before Herodotus encountered them in the fifth century B.C. The reason for confusion and the relative obscurity of the role played by the Scythians in world history is explained by the fact that they were known to the Greeks as Scythians but to the Semites as Ashkenaz. Identification of the Scythian-Ashkenaz as a single people is convincingly made by Ellis H. Minns (1965) in his definitive work on Scythians and Greeks. The earliest reference to the Ashkenaz people appears in the Bible in Genesis 10: 3, where Ashkenaz, their progenitor, is named as the son of Gomer, the great-grandson of Noah. The Ashkenaz of the Bible were both war-like and extremely mobile. In Jeremiah 51: 27, we read that the kingdoms of Ararat (known later as Armenia), Minni (Medea), and Ashkenaz attacked Babylonia. In 612 B.C. Babylonians with the aid of the Medeans (Medes) and Scythians, coming from the Caucasus, dealt a deadly blow to Assyria (Durant 1954). Referring the threat of war, Herodotus reports that Scythians attempted to invade Egypt by way of Palestine and they withdrew only after the Pharaoh paid them to retreat.” Benet also writes it was a Hebrew requirement that the dead be buried in "Kaneh" shirts, and that Solomon ordered Hemp rope to build his temple.

In Exodus 30:23 GOD instructs Moses to use 250 shekels of "kaneh bosm" in the oil for anointing all Priests, and later Kings and Prophets, for all generations to come, including that of Jesus and even today as the title Christ/Messiah means literally; "covered in oil, Anointed." "Kaneh" is also listed as an incense tree in Song of Songs 4:14. The error was repeated in Isaiah 43:24, Jeremiah 6:20, and Ezekiel 27:19, where "kaneh, kaneh bosm" are translated as calamus or sweet cane. There are 141 references to the anointing and 145 to burning incense in the standard Bible.

Much has been learned regarding the role of cannabis and human development since Benet discovered the error over seventy years ago, and with these revelations along with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, Nag Hammadi Library, certain Apocrypha, and a closer examination of the Bible, we find that in order to be called worthy of the title "Christian" one has to be anointed with the very Holy Oil as described in the original Hebrew text of Exodus. Johns water baptism is incomplete and any other oil counterfeit. Jesus came to free the restricted Holy Oil and make Anointed Priests of all men with ears to hear his message, baptizing with fire and the Holy Spirit, the “Chrism.” The Anointing is symbolic of being baptized in the “Holy Spirit.” It is synonymous with the Laying on of hands and also called the Seal, Unction, and Counselor. It is "the Way." Under the old covenant Priests were ordained to stand between God and the people, Jesus died so that all believers could become Anointed Priests before the Lord. A chosen people, a royal Priesthood, a Holy nation. Ex 40:12-16, 1 Peter 2:4-10, Rev 1:6, 5:10, 20:6

1 Samuel 16:13;
So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the LORD came upon David in power. Samuel then went to Ramah.

Isaiah 61;
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
because the LORD has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness

instead of mourning
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
And you will be called priests of the LORD,

Psalm 45
Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever;
a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.
You love righteousness and hate wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy.

1 John 2:18-29 warns us of the “antichrist” which means literally; "opposite of, opposed to or against, anointed." Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.
But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth. I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth. Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist—he denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
See that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is what he promised us—even eternal life. I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray. As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him.
And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming. If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who does what is right has been born of him.

James 5:14;
Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.

Mark 6:12-13;
They went out and preached that people should repent. They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them.

The Gospel of Philip says among many other things that;
"It is through water and fire that the whole place is purified- the visible by the visible, the hidden by the hidden. There are some things hidden by those visible. There is water in water, there is fire in Chrism."

And again it says;
"The chrism is superior to baptism, for it is from the word "Chrism" that we have been called "Christians," certainly not from the word "baptism." And it is because of the "Chrism" that the "Christ" has his name. For the Father anointed the Son, and the Son anointed the Apostles, and the Apostles anointed us. He who has been anointed possesses everything. He possesses the resurrection, the light, the cross, the Holy Spirit. The Father gave him this in the Bridal chamber, he merely accepted the gift. The Father was in the Son and the Son in the Father. This is the Kingdom of Heaven."

The Acts of Thomas describe cups of oil being poured during what is simply called the baptism;
"And the Apostle arose and sealed them. And the Lord was revealed to them by a voice, saying: Peace be unto you brethren. And they heard his voice only, but his likeness they saw not, for they had not yet received the added sealing of the seal, had not been baptized. And the Apostle took the oil and poured it upon their heads and anointed and chrismed them, and began to say:
Come, thou Holy name of the Christ that is above every name.
Come, thou power of the Most High, and the compassion that is perfect.
Come, gift (charism) of the Most High.
Come, compassionate mother.
Come, communion of the male.
Come, she that revealeth the hidden mysteries.
Come, mother of the seven houses, that thy rest be in the eighth house.
Come, elder of the five members, mind, thought, reflection, consideration, reason; communicate with these young men.
Come, Holy Spirit, and cleanse their reins and their heart, and give them the added seal, in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost.
And when they were sealed, there appeared unto them a youth holding a lighted torch, so that their lamps became dim at the approach of the light thereof. And he went forth and was no more seen of them. And the Apostle said unto the Lord: Thy light O Lord, is not to be contained by us, and we are not able to bear it, for it is too great for our sight."

and again;
Having thus prayed over them, the apostle said unto Mygdonia: Unclothe thy sisters. And she took off their clothes and girded them with girdles and brought them: but Iuzanes had first gone before, and they came after him; and the apostle took oil in a cup of silver and spake thus over it: Fruit more beautiful than all other fruits, unto which none other whatsoever may be compared: altogether merciful: fervent with the force of the word: power of the tree which men putting upon them overcome their adversaries: crowner of the conquerors: help (symbol) and joy of the sick: that didst announce unto men their salvation that showest light to them that are in darkness; whose leaf is bitter, but in thy most sweet fruit thou art fair, that art rough to the sight but soft to the taste; seeming to be weak, but in the greatness of thy strength able to bear the power that beholdeth all things. Having thus said [a corrupt word follows]: Jesu: let his victorious might come and be established in this oil, like as it was established in the tree (wood) that was its kin, even his might at that time, whereof they that crucified thee could not endure the word: let the gift also come whereby breathing upon his (thine) enemies thou didst cause them to go backward and fall headlong and let it rest on this oil, whereupon we invoke thine holy name. And having thus said, he poured it first upon the head of Iuzanes and then upon the women's heads, saying: In thy name, O Jesu Christ, let it be unto these souls for remission of sins and for turning back of the adversary and for salvation of their souls. And he commanded Mygdonia to anoint them but he himself anointed Iuzanes. And having anointed them he led them down into the water in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost.

The Gospel of Truth says;
He revealed himself as a Pleroma, i.e., the finding of the light of truth which has shined towards him, because he is unchangeable. For this reason, they who have been troubled speak about Christ in their midst so that they may receive a return and he may anoint them with the ointment. The ointment is the pity of the Father, who will have mercy on them. But those whom he has anointed are those who are perfect. For the filled vessels are those which are customarily used for anointing. But when an anointing is finished, the vessel is usually empty, and the cause of its deficiency is the consumption of its ointment. For then a breath is drawn only through the power which he has. But the one who is without deficiency - one does not trust anyone beside him nor does one pour anything out. But that which is the deficient is filled again by the perfect Father. He is good. He knows his plantings because he is the one who has planted them in his Paradise. And his Paradise is his place of rest.

Theophilus of Antioch wrote;
And about your laughing at me and calling me "Christian," you know not what you are saying. First, because that which is anointed is sweet and serviceable, and far from contemptible. For what ship can be serviceable and seaworthy, unless it be first caulked [anointed]? Or what castle or house is beautiful and serviceable when it has not been anointed? And what man, when he enters into this life or into the gymnasium, is not anointed with oil? And what work has either ornament or beauty unless it be anointed and burnished? Then the air and all that is under heaven is in a certain sort anointed by light and spirit; and are you unwilling to be anointed with the oil of God? Wherefore we are called Christians on this account, because we are anointed with the oil of God.

The Book of Enoch;
And the Lord said to his servants tempting them: Let enoch stand before my face into eternity, and the glorious ones bowed down to the Lord, and said: Let Enoch go according to Your word.
And the Lord said toMichael: Go and take Enoch from out of his earthly garments, and anoint him with my sweet ointment, and put him into the garments of My glory.
And Michael did thus, as the Lord told him. He anointed me, and dressed me, and the appearance of that ointment is more than the great light, and his ointment is like sweet dew, and its smell mild, shining like the sun’s ray, and I looked at myself, and I was like one of his glorious ones.

Cyril of Jerusalem;
For as Christ after His Baptism, and the visitation of the Holy Ghost, went forth and vanquished the adversary, so likewise ye, after Holy Baptism and the Mystical Chrism, having put on the whole armour of the Holy Ghost, are to stand against the power of the adversary, and vanquish it, saying, I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
“Having been counted worthy of this Holy Chrism, ye are called Christians, verifying the name also by your new birth. For before you were deemed worthy of this grace, ye had properly no right to this title, but were advancing on your way towards being Christians.”
Having been anointed, therefore, with this holy ointment, keep it unspotted and unblemished in you, pressing forward by good works, and being made well-pleasing to the Captain of your salvation, Christ Jesus, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

In 1964 Raphael Mechoulam of Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel discovered THC, one of the active cannabinoids in cannabis, and then the human cannabinoid system during the early 90's. All mammals, birds, fish, and reptiles have cannabinoid receptors throughout their body that work independent of those that govern the heart and breathing which is why cannabis consumption cannot kill you. Alcohol and tobacco kill a million people a year in the U.S. alone, but not one death in the history of mankind can be attributed to cannabis. In fact cannabis is clinically proven good and healthy for you! New reliable studies done mostly in Canada and Europe show cannabinoids actually promote brain cell growth, prevent Alzheimers, and destroy tumors. (6)(7)(8)(9)(24)

In 2000 Dr. Manuel Guzman of Complutense University in Madrid Spain rediscovered that THC destroys tumors with no negative side effects whatsoever. Our government knew this fact in 1974.(24) His team also irrigated the brains of healthy rats with high doses of THC for seven day's and again found no physiological or neurological damage. Cancers occur because cells become immortalized and fail to die on cue, called apoptosis. Cannabinoids cause cells to heed this signal and also cut off the blood flow to the tumor. In 2005 Dr. Xia Zhang of the University of Saskatchewan found that unlike other drugs, THC actually promotes the growth of brain cells and is a neuroprotectant, bringing new hope for head trauma and stroke patients. The same year the Scripps Institute reported that THC was superior in inhibiting the plaque that causes Alzheimers. In 2008 researchers in Italy and the U.K. re-discovered that cannabinoids kill germs in a different way than traditional antibiotics, meaning they treat MRSA. These findings have all been proven true many times since all around the globe, we just don't hear about it. In fact Cannabis has been found very helpful with Alzheimers, MS, ALS, ADHD, OCD, epilepsy, autism, diabetes, obesity, depression, stroke, tuberculosis, lupus, nausea, migraine, arthritis, alcoholism, drug addiction, cystic fibrosis, anxiety, glaucoma, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, asthma, emphysema, anorexia, muscular dystrophy, meningitis, flu, gut and eating disorders, herpes, Huntingtons, Tourettes, Parkinsons, Crohns disease, and many more. Few people know that cannabis tinctures, fluid extracts, and flowers were the most commonly used medicines in America during the late 1800's and early 1900's. This information was deleted from the pharmacopoeia in 1941. All major pharmaceutical companies produced cannabis products. Modern science is only now re-discovering the value of this ancient plant even though generations before Christ in the Zend-Avesta it occupies first place on a list of 10,000 medicinal plants and is named as "The King of the Plant World". The Egyptians called cannabis "Shemshemet." They used it to treat many diseases and for cordage, it's written in stone. The early Sumerians called it A.ZAL.LA the early Persians Shadanaj, the Zoroastrians Haoma, and the Chinese Ma.(1)(9)(15)(16)(20)(21)

The hemp seed is the single most nutritionally complete food source on Earth and contains the perfect balance of Omega Fatty Acids required for optimal health. Reintroduced to our diets it will alleviate many of the above mentioned diseases and help end world hunger. Our Government stockpiles it as a strategic food source under Executive order #12919, yet tell us nothing about it. The proportions of Linoleic acid (LA) and Linolenic acid (LNA) in hempseed oil are perfectly balanced to meet human requirements for Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), including gamma-linoleic acid (GLA). Unlike flax oil and others, hempseed oil can be used continuously without developing a deficiency or other imbalance of EFAs. The globulin edestin in hempseed closely resembles that found in human blood plasma, and it is easily digested, absorbed, and utilized. Hemp edestin is so completely compatible with the human digestive system, that the Czechoslovakian Tubercular Nutrition Study (1955) found hempseed to be the only food that can successfully treat tuberculosis. Legend says that Gautama Buddha ate only one hempseed a day for six years while he waited for nirvana. The ancient Persians called it Sahdanag, meaning; "Royal Grain." The Chinese record growing seeds the size of peas. The Zoroastrians claimed it kept them alive during famine. Throughout history hemp seed has been an extremely valuable food source for many cultures and is now being rediscovered once again. (10)

Almost 2000 years after Christ, in 1937, a year after Benet's discovery, the first U.S. drug czar Harry Anslinger, the Dupont, Hearst, and other Corporations with much to lose and lots of money to spend were successful in demonizing the most useful plant on the planet and in doing so, unknowing to them, erecting a barrier in peoples minds that today makes the newly re-discovered ingredient of God's Holy Oil and the Tree of Life, seem totally unacceptable. Satan at it's finest! We are a brainwashed society!(11)

Anything that is made from oil, coal, timber, or cotton can be made with ecologically friendly cannabis hemp. All paper, plastics, packagings, fuels, lubricants, textiles, plywood, rope, netting, insulations, concretes, structural components, many cosmetics, health foods, and medicines, over 25,000 Earth friendly products can be made with it. Henry Ford built and fueled a car primarily with hemp, the cellulose plastic panels ten times stronger than steel. Synthetic plastics were developed through cellulose technology. Neither he or Diesel intended to run their engines with petroleum! Think about that! In fact, before prohibition alcohol and petroleum were sold equally as fuel, many farms had stills, not for drinking, but for fuel. Prohibition put an end to that. Hemp is at the very minimum four times more efficient than corn for ethanol production. Farming just six to eight percent of our contiguous land in hemp would satisfy our current demands for oil and gas. A process using high heat called pyrolysis makes a sulfur free charcoal of hemp suitable to burn in coal furnaces. With the invention of the decorticator that quickly removes the fibers, hemp industrialization could have ended the great depression had it not become illegal. Think what we can do with todays technology! (12)(30)

One acre of hemp also equals four of timber for pulp and you harvest it every single year, in some area's twice a year. Tree's take a lifetime! That very same acre can also give you plentiful seed, fiber and the many benefits of those as well, depending on what you're growing it for. It's fibers can replace the need for growing so much cotton which is very chemically dependent, one of the worst crops for polluting and depleting the soil and water where it grows. Unlike others, hemp grows without most fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides to foul the soil and water, and in climates and conditions that other crops won't grow. It's root system digs deep into the earth, naturally breaking it up for possible future rotated crops. It's good for the soil too! (14)
Washington, Jefferson, and Franklin were known users and growers of cannabis. It was legal to pay taxes in Colonial America with hemp. You could have been jailed for not growing it. The original draft of the Constitution is on hemp paper. The War of 1812 was fought over it. The early Pioneers wagons were covered with hemp fabric. Franklin's kite string was of hemp. The word canvas is derived from cannabis. For thousands of years all rope, ships sails, most clothing, and later, oil paintings were of kaneh cloth. It's fibers are the longest and strongest in nature. A piece of woven hemp cloth is the oldest human relic, dating back some 8,000 years. The Chinese recorded making paper with cannabis and mulberry years before Christ. Man and cannabis have evolved and grown together. It is believed to be the first cultivated crop. It has been our plant ally from the very beginning. (13)(14)

Today the timber, petroleum, coal, cotton, chemical, alcohol, tobacco, food, and pharmaceutical products that have been forced into our lives and thoughts at hemps expense since the 30's are the very ones polluting, stripping, and drugging our Earth. “We have strained a gnat to swallow a camel.” The lies placed in peoples minds are still alive and well even yet today and the propaganda continues. While we are slowly being destroyed with ignorance, misinformation, wars, drought, pollutions, chemicals, opiates and meth, our Government, media, and FDA still play the childish MJ game, making any excuse to plant a negative seed keeping the public totally unaware about the many values of cannabis. How often do you hear anything about cannabis/hemp as a viable alternative resource, food or medicine? Now you know why. Because billionaires want to remain billionaires and could care less about people, our kids, or our environment. They have gone so far as to delete hemp from our children's school books and from the Smithsonian. They claim they don't want to send the wrong message to our kids, but what is wrong with the Truth? “Truth has been thrown to the ground.” China now grows 40% of the worlds industrial hemp crop and the United States is the #1 importer of it, but yet it remains illegal for our farmers to grow here in the land of the free! We are the only major nation that doesn't grow it. China is developing new technologies for plastics, fuels, textiles, and plywood that will keep us at a deficit for years.

Currently we are fighting wars, killing innocent people, polluting and destroying Nations for oil and other resources we never even needed, chopping down many tree's needlessly, our own FDA is poisoning us with unproven drugs and products, our food industry is corrupt, imposes itself on other cultures and destroys nature, and we are creating criminals of good people that are not criminals for the soul benefit of these billionaires. They are even privatizing the prison system for even more profits at the taxpayers expense. 1600 people die every single day from cancer in the U.S. alone and all this has become socially acceptable simply because they say so. They censor and propagate the news, they make up the rules, they divide us politically and socially with rhetoric, and people follow like lemmings to the sea! They claim they are making us safer as they destroy innocent peoples lives. If one should actually stand up and question them they either ignore you or label you in some way as unpatriotic, a loon, or a traitor, and destroy you with their media. The church even ignores the Word of God, therefore Christ. How do you fight the beast?

This very generation that considers itself so wise and knowledgeable about so many things would allow Christ Jesus, God's Anointed Son, and his Disciples to possibly be arrested and jailed for possession of the Burning Bush, the Tree of Life, Shemshemet, Kanaba, Kaneh bosm, Cannabis, Ma, Haoma, Hemp, Taima, etc..etc.......

How wise is that? Is that anyway to worship the God of Truth?.... Is it?
John 16:1-4
All this I have told you so that you will not go astray. They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God. Gods Holy Oil, True Christianity, the Tree of Life, and the Truth are illegal in our world, therefore, the whole world worships the beast. We have been denied the knowledge of the salvation and healing of Christ. The keys to the Kingdom have remained hidden! That damn satan is really, really, tricky! Daniel 8:12, Rev.13:8

The Gospel of Thomas says;
Jesus said, "The [Father's] kingdom is like a woman who was carrying a [jar] full of meal. While she was walking along [a] distant road, the handle of the jar broke and the meal spilled behind her [along] the road. She didn't know it; she hadn't noticed a problem. When she reached her house, she put the jar down and discovered that it was empty."

Christians, Jews, and Muslims all regard the first five Books of the Old Testament as the Truth. All this fighting for the last 2000 years has been because we all disagree on who the "Messiah/Christ/Anointed One" is, and which one is correct. The Truth is that none of them are! The Revelation of the Truth of “Kaneh bosm” changes all the old rules and will be the thread and the wonder that finally weaves us all together. “The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord”.

Get Anointed.... I AM !!!
If one goes down into the water and comes up without receiving anything, and says "I am a Christian," he has borrowed the name at interest. But if he receives the Holy Spirit, he has the name as a gift. He who has received a gift does not have to give it back, but of him who borrowed it at interest, payment is demanded. This is the way it happens to one when he experiences a mystery.
Through the Holy Spirit we are indeed begotten again, but we are begotten through Christ in the two. We are Anointed through the Spirit. When we were begotten, we were united. None can see himself either in water or a mirror without light. Nor again can you see in light without mirror or water. For this reason it is fitting to baptize in the two, in the light and the water. Now the Light is the Chrism. (4)
