Cummins is about to take complete ownership of the First Financial Bank building on Washington Street no later than March.

Cummins purchased the property at 500 Washington Street back in October 2010 and has been renovating the back portion for months.

This week confidential files are being brought up out of the basement and the office staff are in the process of relocating to the newly constructed building on the land across from the parking garage along Brown Street.

"Rumor" is the bank will continue to operate until the final move in March when the tellers will move into the new building.
