Foreign object found in Little Caesars Bread Stick

We received an email from a concerned parent

Tonight a family (who wishes to remain anonymous) ordered a pizza and breadsticks from Little Caesars.

While their 11 year old was eating a breadstick they took a piece of plastic or glass out of their mouth and handed it to their parent.

The family was very concerned other material was in the breadsticks trashing the entire bag.

The plastic piece is pointed and looks like a small piece of glass or plastic.

Nothing happened to the child and the parents said they won't be eating at the Pizza place anymore. They don't believe it was intentional but it could have caused serious injury to their child.
