It is reported a car crashed head on into a tree while teaveling on the S-curves on rocky ford road. 

Patrick B. Sullivan, 20, was semiconscious, smelled of alcohol and appeared “highly intoxicated” when police found him in his wrecked vehicle at 7:30 a.m. Friday after he crashed his car into a tree near the intersection of Rocky Ford Road and Westenedge Drive, said Lt. Matt Myers
