Voting for Priscilla, ride in style to the courthouse!

You may have seen a the white limo with Prisciall Scalf signs placard one the side windows. At first glance it looks like a glorified waste of campaign money; what really is happening, people are being driven down to the courthouse to VOTE. Today was the last day to vote early and you could have only voted till 12.

Most don't realize many people can't make it to the voting polls due to a lack of transportation. The service offered today wasn't offered for payment, but was the limo and time was donated to the campaign Priscilla Scalf for Mayor.

To be honest here who wouldn't want to travel in style to vote for your favorite candidate? I sure would!

The topic of how this looks has heated up on Facebook about a photo of the limo...

Lynette Hardin looks like a bribe to me..if i call and say i need a ride to vote for Kristen i think i would be told to call Kristen for a ride...just sayin

Greg States I can't vote because I live outside of city limits, but I agree, even though its free, it does send the wrong message. I hate to say it but most people don't take the time to ask if the limo was free, they just automatically assume, its an unfortunate side effect of our society today. We teach our kids not to judge a book by its cover, but how many people do you know that don't form an immediate opinion of some sort when they see something like this?

Randy Lapidus What a waste of money. is that what she's gonna do with a tax payers money too. I guarantee you she could've gone to a car dealership gotten a brand new vehicle of some sort and driven around town for free
