Channel 6 Interviews Kipper Doran over Toter fines being dropped

I really hope this thing is over. I hate the fact that no one seems to know the whole story behind this and how un-neighborly Mr. Kipper Doran is. How he slants everything in his favor by omitting some additional information. How before this whole Toter thing started he had NO TRESPASSING signs all over his property because someone kindly asked his daughter to stop teasing the neighbors dog. Or, how about the time his mother purposely parked in front of a neighbors toter so the truck couldn't reach it. There are so many things that have gone on, but the neighbors don't want to get involved with this crazyness. I just thought it was time for some of the truths to come out.

No its not over!! First of all this is America I have the right to put "protest" or put whatever signs I want in my yard! Welcome tot America! When I put the signs in my yard no one on my block came over and asked why! So Ill tell you ! my neighbor to the south of me was coming in my yard multiple times moving my belongings!

Imagine you come home and all the things you work hard to own are all thrown around loosely in your yard! He put a sign on the privacy fence "this is your first warning" this happened multiple times!

SO I put up NO TRESSPASSING SIGNS! It took about 4 months but he finally stopped coming in my yard! the same neighbor came and yelled at me and me and my daughter when we were using our swing in the front yard and said "WE WERE USING HIS AIR SPACE" So one day my daughter and her friend, they were 8 and 7 yrs old were playing wiffle ball in our front yard!

The ball was going into my neighbors yard and they were going over to get the ball! out of the neighbor that lives south!~ T he BUSHES live accross the street on the east side of Gilmore and 4 adults came out and was yelling at these two children for going into the neighbors yard (not the bushes yard) I meen yelling like they were adults! I asked what is the problem that is so bad that you dont knock on my door but try to "correct "my child (I wouldnt have allowed my own mother to speak to my child how they were) the bushes all 4 of them say to me " you dont want people in your yard stay out of other peoples yards" I said "I havent been in anyone elses yard" the bushes 4 say" well take your signs down then take your signs down then" "we have been sitting in our living room for three hours watching her go into the neighbors yard" i replied "I am having a problem with an adult neighbor I would hope we would leave the children out of this"

SO once again you trying to force your opinion has exposed the truth on exactly what the bushed have done to escalate the problemwith the city! thank you you were probably one of the four adults yelling at my child ! next time talk to me! I have aquired video of the bushes breaking the law illegal dumping why dont write about that ! thanks for exposing the truth you did a great job!!

There is no law against "being a bad neighbor" thats why these fines you had imposed on me have been dropped! I know your mad but type to Mr. Norris and Bryan Burton and yell at them for misleading you into thinking that the farm land you own and the taxes you pay werent enough this time to force your opinions down my throat!

First of all this McCammon lady is not a neighbor. She has not been there to witness any of this. Kipper has never been kindly asked anything by his neighbors. I have been there and they seem to think that they can boss him because they are older. You say you hope this is over and you get on here giving your opinion and saying flat out lies. I have NEVER parked in front of a toter on purpose. And never has one not gotten picked up over me! My granddaughter was not teasing any dog. She was playing ball and it went in the neighbors yard. Had she been trying to tease that mans dog, he would have been out there yelling himself. He came out and told my son that my granddaughter was in his air space while Kipper was pushing her on her swing in their own yard!! Do you really think if he did that he wouldn't come out and tell her to leave his dog alone!!! No the Bushes all came out and told her they had been watching her for hours and she needed to stay out of the neighbors yard. And why have the neighbors wrote letters for Kipper and said what a good neighbor he is if they don't want to be involved?? And if it is so crazy, why are you involved???? Who's toter did I park in front of that wasn't picked up?????? I park in front of Kipper's all the time and they pick it up!! The Bushes came out and they told my son to take his signs down. They did ask him. They said it looked ugly and they didn't want to look at it. So don't lie and say they asked nice. You wouldn't want your neighbors coming out telling you what to do or have in your yard. You haven't said a word this whole time. You did see my car in front of any ones toter. So don't start lying about me trying to make my family look bad because people are mad they didn't win bossing my son around. And don't talk for all the neighbors either. Have a nice day!

I have nothing to do with the Bush's, and I wasn't there that day. I was told about it by a reliable sourse.

Lets make a list of all the ways the BUSHES have been imposing there will on the NEIGHBORHOOD FOR YEARS!!! They think they can tell people what they can have in there yard and were to place what they have! They scold other peoples children in public instead of talking to the parents! they park in the neighbors driveway instead of there own! They mow 3 strips of the neighbors lawn to the south of them to make it look like they own more property than they really do! The neighbor doesnt like it because it makes the other two thirds of her lawn unmowed! " I dont know why they do that" she says! " I really hate what is happening to you and I would like to comment but I will lose my job" she says" They use the city to coerce the neighbors!

You know what is so sad about this is that neighbors used to care about each other. They didn't get involved in other peoples business. Here is a lady that has no involvement and she is saying my and I are trouble makers. After talking with another neighbor, I have to assume that she is a friend of hers, because she asked me why I parked in front of the Bush's toter on trash day. I have never heard a word about this until today. What has happened to America? People say my son is the problem, but there wasn't one until someone decided to get involved in an issue that wasn't theirs. This lady admits she doesn't live in the neighborhood. She is going by someone gossiping. This is why GOD SAYS it is a SIN to gossip! The lady that gossiped to her will gossip about her too! Proven fact! So I hope you don't offend the lady who told you all about my son! And I hope she isn't your judge too. Because...the lady that gossiped to you about my son, told him she was behind him!! Isn't that something! We need to get back to minding our own business. And caring about our neighbors. And just because we get older doesn't mean we can boss and impose our own beliefs on people. You want people to believe in what you believe. Walk the walk and show them why it would be good if they did. Older doesn't have to mean grumpy and stubborn and you have to do it my way. Manners go a long way and so does kindness. I would love for this to be over too. But Shelley you wouldn't like people to do this to your child And you would be more upset if you knew it wasn't the truth. So just think what you would you think if it were you child. Thank you!.
