1) Why is the manager of engineers (City Utilities) who isn't an engineer but is getting engineer pay keeping the title when the law says he can't have engineer in his title?

2) Why isn't she transparent and broadcasting the meetings publicly?

5) Why is she bringing in out siders to work instead of promoting local people?

6) Why is she selective about the "Coke" funds between city departments?

7) Why doesn't she answer questions when she is asked?
