Man protesting abortion ran off by police

The man in the blue shirt was holding a sign protesting abortion near Planned Parenthood today on National Road, that is until police came and ran him off.

Just prior to the photo being taken the protestor turned the sign preventing a capture of his sign. 

It is one thing to protest your beliefs but discretion should be used to get your message across. The photo was not an accurate photo, it was misleading and ignorant said one witness. 

"I saw the sign. It was a picture of a full term baby, bloody and ripped apart. Looked like a baby that had gone thru the blender. It was disgusting, very graphic, and very ignorant. I would not want small children or any person with a weak stomach to have to see that while going down the road... It simply read "Abortion" at the top."

A response on Facebook to the above statement "Then the cop had every right to tell him to put the sign away. HE can stand there, scream & yell just about anything he wants... the sign, on the other hand goes a bit too far."

How do you feel, was this man's rights to protest ended because of the sign and the message or because he was loitering. The police sat at Planned Parenthood for about 40 minutes after the protestor left.
