Jeremy Daniels, Killed, did not jump out of Megan Hamblen's vehicle

Daniels died on Sept, 2 after an altercation with his ex-wife Megan, and A 20-year veteran of the Sheriff's Department, Sgt. James Stevens ran over Daniels. Sadly the family is still left without answers and need you help!

My son Jeremy Michael Daniels was killed on Sept. 2, 2011. I miss him every day. I do not know exactly what all happened that horrible night but there are 3 people that do know and one of them is dead.

The coroners report states that he went out of Megan Hamblen's car back wards. So the fact is he did not jump out of her car. So the question is how did he get out of her car? Megan also stated that he jumped out of her car and was walking along highway 31.

So now we have 2 lies. The fact is that in the coroners report that he died on impact of exiting backwards out of Megan Hamblen's car. I can not speculate what happened as I am told that we have to go by facts. So there are two very important facts.

Since that night that Jeremy was killed she has had even another car wreck totaling out her mom's car. She has had multiple accidents and that too is a fact. Why is she still on the streets?  I am not going to let my son's death go on with out the truth coming out.

Based on the facts that I already know my son did not jump out of Megan Hamblen's car and he was not walking down highway 31. When Megan was asked to take a lie detectors test she refused.

It is so sad and painful to think about how my son died that night. After he went out backwards of Megan's car he then was ran over by Deputy Stephens. Megan did not even stop the car she just kept on driving......

I hope that the truth will come out soon. Jeremy had a lot of friends and they all knew how she treated him. So please if any one knows any thing please contact us.

I kno megan her second wreck totaling car on 65 wasnt her fault my sister was with her ...on that night I do not know sorry for your loss but this v hurts Megan as well

If things would of been the other way around and Megan was the one who died, Jeremy would be in jail.

Why wouldn't you stop if someone left your car and was laying in the road?

Why wouldn't Megan take a lie detector test?

Megan gets with a new guy and has him make a facebook page and tried to add members of Jeremy's family to his page with pictures of her and her new man together on it.

If I lost someone I loved and the father of my children I wouldn't be over it less then a year later and posting pictures on facebook and making sure his family and friends see the page.

Just because someone finds someone new doesnt mean he/she are not grieving. Many people grieve differently then others and have to deal with it in their own way. I have seen my grandfather marry someone new 6 months after losing my grandma and even I understood his loneliness after she passed and I didnt have ill thoughts towards him. So according to you he jumped from the car as she speed away. If she was mad and the where arguing maybe she said screw it and kept going. You are looking for facts but it seems like they are all there, It was night how can you say she saw him lying their motionless? Obviously its not just this girls fault but a mixture of the two and you should hold him partly responsible for this and grieve in a less negative way then holding her completely responsible as he jumped. I dont know anyone from either side and its very sad what happened but this fighting online stuff isnt helping anyone move on.

Consider this for a perfect murder plot. Girl has new boyfriend. Wants to dump old one. Arranges place where boyfrfiend sneaks in back seat of car to lay hidden with baseball bat. The 3 drive down the down the road. New boyfriend wacks old boyfriend in head with bat and dumps him out of moving vehicle into road.

Not saying this happened but people can be quite clever in murder plots.

Please note in the above comments that Karen Quinlan Megan's mom tried changing the subject from Jeremy's murder to the car accident. I could care less about the car accident. Let's stay with answers re Jeremy's tragic death. Karen Quinlan the grandmother also went to her grand daughter and YELLED at her for telling me about her saying that she was tired of making up lies for Megan Hamblen. This just probes to me how much they are worried about the truth coming out.

I find it very interesting that when the person making the comment has to identify themselves they stop posting comments. If what you say is the truth why hide behind a fake name?
