Just in, hot RUMOR of the day! We don't write 'em, we just repeat 'em.

RUMOR is, White River Broadcasting let their news director for WCSI, Mark Webber, go without telling him why.

RUMOR is, White River Broadcasting is up for sale after the owner died. Could we lose our station we have come to love? Probably not, but who knows? It is just a rumor!

If they did let Webber go without telling him why, it doesn't matter. In the state of Indiana, your employer doesn't have to give you a reason. They can let you go if they don't like your clothes or your face or any other number of reasons that don't even have to do with your job. :/
