We got a tip at about 7:30 tonight that Clay Township Trustee Christa Acton had her car backed up to the front door of the trustee's office and was loading stuff up. We decided to go to get pictures of that!

What we found was a few empty vehicles. We saw where nothing was being loaded into a vehicle.

We were disappointed because we had hoped she was packing her stuff and resigning. No such luck.

But, here's what we DID see. We got pictures and videos of everything.

We saw, and Joanna recorded, Clay Township Trustee Christa Acton in a meeting with four people. Four people that we believe are on her township board. We saw the old woman that was illegally smoking in the firehouse at the last meeting we attended. We believe she is on the board.

We're guessing it was the entire township advisory board.

Isn't it a quorum when a majority of the board meets? We believe so.

Aren't they supposed to announce a meeting of a quorum so the public can attend? You betcha!

Was this meeting announced beforehand? We don't think so.

When we walked right by the front window of the office taking video, they didn't even notice.

When we watched the meeting go on, we saw Ms. Condescending (or should we say Barkes Jr?), ranting and raving like she always does. And why? Isn't she the one everyone in the township should be upset with?

Isn't she being investigated for mismanagement of funds, like we announced two years ago?

Christa, are you actually WANTING to be thrown out of office?

Are you WANTING to go to prison for breaking the laws you are supposed to follow?

If you are, we wish you all the luck in the world. That's where you belong, in our opinion.

And maybe if you mow a few cemetaries, you can raise the money to pay what the state wants from you. I hear that in Clay Township, mowing cemetaries pays pretty well.

You, and the shenanigans you have been accused of pulling, are a great example of why a lot of people want to eliminate township trustees.

Shame on you! Shame on the people who voted for you even after they were told some of the things you were up to.

STALKING?

Taking video of an elected official having an illegal meeting at a public building is stalking? Not hardly.

'Repeated or continuing harrassment'? Our first visit.

Unless you mean the terrorizing she is doing to the taxpayers of Clay Township.

Here we go again. We point out what we feel are wrong-doings by an elected official and yo-yos come out of the woodwork to attack us and to protect the the accused.

Like other trustees in the county, one or two in particular, she seems to think she can do what she wants, when she wants, and nobody can stop her.

I believe she is about to learn that she can't.

And the big trustee she seems to idolize is about to learn the same thing.

His SBOA report is due soon.

What ya wanna bet he has issues with his audit as well?

There were four of us there that night.One of us even went in and asked to use a phone book. He asked Christa if there was a meeting going on and she said yes. He jokingly asked if someone was in trouble and she said no.

You can tell by the video that we were right up close to the window. We weren't hiding or stalking. We intentionally didn't go in because we didn't want to start a ruckus.

Bob, don't wallow with the trash. You don't have to. Shady people always want to hide behind the "law" when it suits them.
From the sound of things, she may be wearing an orange jump-suit before long.

As for "Bailey Wick," put up or shut up.

Phil, I said we didn't go in and interrupt the meeting. One of our staff went into the garage and she was there, not in the meeting, and he asked to use a phone book. Truth comes out from all sides of my mouth because all I say is truth.

Politics 101, we aren't wallowing, we are reporting. It's high time that people know just what this woman is doing. It's high time people listened and voted accordingly.

She needs to be evicted from office immediately and charged, tried,and convicted for any crimes she may have committed. The people of Clay Township deserve justice and a decent trustee. In my opinion, former Clay Township Trustee David Johnson-Bey would roll over in his grave if he could see what she has done.
