Fisherman spots Skypos in river

A local fisherman spotted Columbus’ local sculptures that had been missing in action since the flood swept through Columbus on June 7. 

Skypos, or “the watcher”, which rested along side the People’s Trails in Mill Race Park, surprised us all with its disappearing act. 

After many weeks of anticipation, the day has come and Skypos has been spotted in the river by the Senior Center, not too far from its home. 

Many thanks to the Visitor’s Center for the update.  Our beloved Skopos sure does have a story to tell now!
