City Attorney not pursuing fines issued to Kipper Doran, Toter war, OVER!

image

Days after his protest downtown, and months of headache, the toter war between Kipper and the city is over... for now.

We're told Allen Whitted, the City Attorney will not pursue the fines issued to Kipper thus making the matter done. We're not sure if the fines have dropped but most likely so, a phone call today between Kipper and the Mayor's office also concluded with the impression the matter was dropped.

We will bring you more on this in the coming hours.

Good for you, Kipper!!!! YaY!!
Now if we can just get them - "the city", to admit they don't provide harassement training to their employees.

Man. This City just likes to criminalize citizens minding their own business. Thank God this citizen had a good solid back to him.

Great job on peacably defeating City Hall!
