Parent lies for son- Says she bought expensive shoes that were really stolen.

On March 4th my son had to go down for a random drug test at Hauser High school during gym class. He uses these shoes for only basketball so they were in his gym locker. Now I will tell you- he didn't have it locked but it doesn't give you the right to take somebody's stuff. The drug test took longer than the gym class because they were doing a bunch of the athletes....

Jason Ackenback apprehended after fleeing from police through Greenbelt Golf Course

Columbus Police apprehended a subject after a short chase Monday afternoon. The suspect vehicle fled when Lt Steve Norman attempted to stop it near 8th and Central for disregarding a stop light. The driver exited the vehicle as it was moving near the Greenbelt Golf Course. A K-9 unit located the suspect hiding under a bridge. After failing to comply with officers the K-9 was able to apprehend, Jason Ackenback, 29 years old of Columbus. Ackenback faces multiple charges including criminal confinement and intimidation with a weapon. Ackenback is being held.
