I will address how I interpret statements people think are threats.

Alleged Threat 1. Don't bring it back to Twin Cities either or it will be removed, forcefully.


Forcefully - I don't think this means with violence as everyone involved thinks, not everything is about fighting and "beating" up people. Police presence asking you to leave the property could be "forcefully" because without them no one would leave.

Alleged threat 2. If you ram another car illegally like you did Saturday at Twin Cities, it will be the last car you ever ram.


I don't see a threat here either, "it will be the last car you ever ram" could imply that people will protest where you race and complain if you are entered that no other driver will race with you.

The idea people think violence at the drop of a hat shows the education level of North Vernon. I would like to address the "slander" those have mentioned on Facebook, first of all it would be "libel" not slander, and I have asked several people to send in a rebuttal about what points were inaccurate. To date nothing has been received nor denied.

People send things in anonymously for several reasons but one reason is:

Threats or harassment would happen, we've been contacted by one family already who has received death threats because of this article and they weren't involved with the story.

Where is the Admin from? Obviously, not North Vernon, or they wouldn't bash the people who live there.

I think some drivers are jealous because they have trouble winning events and others don't seem to struggle as much.

I contacted columbuzz. I told you that. I gave columbuzz all the information you see listed. They knew what tolookfor when they sent the reporter to the track.

The McRoberts didn't contact anyone. They want to be left alone so they can race.

Again, the drivers that want to race fairly, we will be watching for stupidity from the cheaters.

Does the source of the information even matter? If there are problems they need to be fixed. To fix them we need to know about them. Leo tells us that he has watched these people bend the rules for a long time and he finally has the support of other drivers to back him up to make them stop. The racetrack obviously needs fixed up so it can be the nice track it was at one time.

There are so many stupid hilljacks around North Vernon that it's difficult to speak of the people there and forget that not all of them go to the races and/or watch NASCAR and 'wrasslin'.

When you see so many drunks, dopers, and moonshiners in one spot it's hard to remember the few intelligent folks scattered about.

We usually have to look up Columbus way to find folks who don't find all of their dates and spouses at the family reunion.

Not everyone in that area supports race car cheaters but those there who don't are so rare, it's hard to sort them out.

If your car has illegal equipment on it, like it usually does at Twin Cities, it will be taken off the track. No questions.

If you pull illegal moves like you did a week ago, you will be removed from the track.
